A rare beauty of a wagon
Hemmings Motor News has posted an article from Special Interest Automobiles magazine Issue #92 from April 1986 discussing the 1956 Cadillac Custom View Master station wagon. It seems that while Cadillac sales for 1956 were better than other divisions it still wasn’t a great year for sales and 12 of these wagons were commissioned from Hess and Eisenhardt coachworks to satisfy requests from customers who wanted a station wagon, and it had to be a Cadillac. The article is pretty interesting, even if all of the pictures are in black and white. The article pages are below.
