A truer story never has been told

I’ve long been a fan of the work done by Ryan Sohmer and Lar DeSouza over at Least I Could Do. The story telling is fresh and Lars’ artwork is always superb. When I learned that Ryan and Lars were going to team up with some of the greatest artists in the comic industry for another daily webcomic I expected it to be pretty cool. In fact “The Gutters” was better than I could have imagined and I read it regularly. Pop on over to The Gutters and you’ll see what I mean.

A recent strip struck a chord with me and I thought I would share it.

Speaking as someone who always read a LOT of comic books as a kid, this strip appealed to me. I’m somewhat surprised that my Father didn’t implement a similar strategy at some point. It seems pretty likely that he shared the sentiment of the man in the strip.
