Well the seller of the ’94 Roadmaster Estate wagon that I’ve been hoping for has returned my calls at last and we’ve reached a deal. The car is a little over an hour away so the Mrs. and I are headed on a road trip tomorrow morning to pay for the car and bring it home. The plan is to purchase the car, transfer the ownership and purchase a temporary tag and hope that there aren’t any hidden issues with the car that leave me stuck on the road on the way home.
I’ve got some sweet parts on the way for the Roadmaster.
I have my power seat rails and seat frame for my passenger seat restored and ready for installation. Now all I need is a car to put them in.
Well it was an eventful day. The Mrs. and I headed off this morning to pick up my new Roadmaster wagon. We paid for the car, transferred the ownership and put a temporary plate/sticker onto it so that it could be driven home. I had no problems with the car at all on the way…
The Stainless Steel trim on my Roadmaster is dented and in need of some metalworking expertise. For some strange reason, I decided to tackle this myself.
